resignation

i can't take it anymore!

i'll pass my resignation letter on oct. 14 too bad my last day is the day that i'll celebrate my 2 yrs here in 1and1 but i have to move on, my health is suffering already! lately i've experience difficulty in breathing and unusual headaches. i can't risk my health just for this crummy company.

Dear Liza,

I am writing to you today to officially tender my resignation from 1and1 Internet effective November 14, 2007.

I never thought I would ever leave 1and1, but my health could no longer survive working two 8-hour shifts in two different companies. I have chosen to leave 1and1 since there will no unfinished business when I leave. Business will go on as usual. However, I am confident that my new role will help me move towards some of the goals I have for my career.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about all the people I’ve encountered in my years of service with the company, and especially about you and all the others in our team. I could not ask for a better group of colleagues. I have grown in many ways here and I will always treasure the opportunities provided for me by 1and1 Internet. Leaving the company is not an easy decision and took a lot of consideration.

a heavy baby

i read this today in Yahoo ... i'm amazed with the baby's weight. she is as heavy as a 1 yr old baby.

BARNAUL, Russia (Reuters) - A Siberian woman who gave birth to her 12th child -- doing more than her fair share to stem Russia's population decline -- was stunned to find that little Nadia weighed in at a massive 7.75 kg (17.1 lb).

Nadia was delivered by caesarean section in the local maternity hospital in the Altai region on September 17, joining eight sisters and three brothers, a local reporter said.

"We were all simply in shock," said Nadia's mother, Tatyana Barabanova, 43. "What did the father say? He couldn't say a thing -- he just stood there blinking."

"I ate everything, we don't have the money for special foods so I just ate potatoes, noodles and tomatoes," she told the reporter, adding that all her previous babies had weighed more than 5 kg.

The Guinness World Records lists a 10.2 kg baby boy born in Italy in 1955, and a 10.8 kg baby boy who was born in the United States in 1879 but died 11 hours later.

The average weight for most healthy newborn babies is around 3.2 kg (7.06 lb), according to World Health Organisation figures.

holy shit! its a memo! yeah, I received a memo for viewing
non work related site during my shift. my very first memo!
ever since our manager implemented the 'non viewing of non work related
site during shift' life in this company became hell. duh! as if he
knows if what we're viewing is really a non work related site.
god! i hate him not because i received a memo but he does not know
how to handle employees. sykes people we're so happy to get rid of
him and here we are suffering from their loss :)

Good day!

This is an answer to the memo that I received about viewing of non-work
related site.

As far as I can remember I only view non work related website during my
15 minutes breaks, before and after shift, and during my 1 hour break
ever since the management implemented the non viewing of non work
related sites although those non work related sites are bookmarked and
saved in my browser I only open them if deemed necessary e.g. Google
(for those informations that are not found or could not be answered by
our FAQ), dictionary sites (to check some spellings), scripting tutorial
sites (if there are scripting problems), competitor's site (if the
customer wants me to compare our products with other hosting company's
products), and other sites that our customers requested me to open for
checking. If I unconciously open non-work related site even if its not my break,
I'm sorry for that. I can't promise that it won't happen again but I'll try to avoid
it if I can.

Hatake Kakashi

Kakashi is one of my fave ninja, here's some info about him:

Kakashi is the sensei of Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. He is known as 'the Copy Ninja Sharingan Kakashi' all over the world, and it is rumored that he has memorized over 1000 jutsu.

At first glance you would never guess Kakashi is a very powerful jounin. He’s very relaxed and sometimes even somewhat slow. He also loves to read his romantic (or is it dirty?) book ‘Come Come Paradise’. However, in this case, appearances can be deceiving. Kakashi is known throughout the world as a formidable adversary and he was an apprentice of the Fourth Hokage.

Kakashi is a very good but very strict teacher. Prior to Naruto’s team, he had never allowed any of the teams he was to teach become genins. He uses the same teaching methods the Third and Fourth Hokages used, and he emphasizes teamwork above all else. He feels that someone who does not understand teamwork is not worthy of becoming a ninja.

Kakashi has a sharingan in only one of his eyes. This is unusual because normally sharingan affects both eyes. The most likely explanation for this is that it was surgically implanted.

The sharingan gives Kakashi a huge advantage in battle. He is able to read and copy his opponents moves with it. Almost all of Kakashi’s moves are copied from other ninjas. The only exception is the Chidori. The Chidori is Kakashi’s sole original technique.
